This is an erudite piece on intertextuality and I think the term “weaponized intertextuality” is a beautiful metaphor. I’ve watched a few of your videos and notice that, even though you tend to define the ideas to which you refer, you seldom cite the theorists who articulate the concepts you use e. g. intertextuality, interpretive communities. Although I think it’s okay to expect your audience to do their own further research as they see fit, I’d certainly be happy to hear more of that kind of thing if only because I think you have an interesting perspective.
Thanks for your advice

I have a funny experience with Buddhism. I’m a Muslim, and being a young stupid kid, I never really understood my own religion. Why would it restraint us so much? Why the bad terrorists? Then I learned about Buddhism from a book written by a Theravada monk, and funny thing, it made me understand Islam.
Good job. I’d love to see you do a systematic breakdown of a given accent. Or even a tutorial type presentation like how to do a Texas accent (for Brits), or how to do a Scottish accent (for Americans), etc.
